Meaghan partners with clients at every stage of development, whether launching a new venture, negotiating shareholder and buy–sell agreements, or preparing for succession. Her work spans corporate structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, employment policies, compliance, and strategic planning. With a business background and hands-on legal experience, she focuses on delivering solutions that are not only legally sound but aligned with clients’ operational and financial goals.
Although her practice emphasizes transactions and corporate advisory services, Meaghan’s background in litigation and arbitration gives her a unique ability to anticipate risks and draft agreements that help prevent future disputes. Clients value her ability to simplify complex legal issues, cut through unnecessary jargon, and provide responsive, reliable support that allows them to move forward with confidence.
Before becoming Of Counsel, Meaghan practiced with both private companies, nonprofit organizations and a private law firm, gaining a wide breadth of experience across corporate law, employment law, and compliance. Over the course of her career, she has earned a reputation for her strategic insight, strong advocacy, and ability to serve as a trusted outside general counsel to businesses across industries.
Meaghan earned her Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in Marketing and Business Management from Long Island University, where she captained the Division II women’s soccer program. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law with a concentration in commercial and corporate law.
Outside of her legal work, Meaghan is a proud mother of three. She enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and embracing every opportunity for adventure with her family.
